Personal Training

Work with a certified YMCA personal trainer to achieve your desired goals.  Regardless of age or fitness level, one-on-one training can provide:

  • Weight loss/management
  • Increased strength, endurance and flexibility
  • Post-rehabilitation conditioning
  • Disease management/prevention (in some cases)
  • Off-season training
  • Pre-event conditioning

Personal Training Rates

1 hour session: $40 Members/$60 Non-members

1/2 hour session: $25 Members/$35 non-members

 

Personal Training Packages

1 session: $40 Members/$60 Non-members

4 sessions: $150 Members/$230 Non-members

8 sessions: $305 Members/$465 Non-members

12 sessions: $455 Members/$695 Non-members

 

Small Group Trainings

2-5 people: $30 per Member

 

Specialty Group Trainings

6 week "training" with min. of 5 people and max. of 8 people.

Ex: Triathlon training, boot camps, etc.

Cost: $100 Members/$150 Non-members
